Here, you will find our admission requirements and the forms necessary to apply for admission. You can download these forms, print them and upon completion, mail them to: Erie Christian Academy, 5900 Sterrettania Road, Fairview, PA 16415. Scholarship forms for the 2008 / 2009 school year are now available. The Gertrude Barber Foundation Scholarship for pre-school should be completed and submitted to the Barber Center beginning May 1, 2008. The Children's Tuition Fund Scholarship for K - 7 Grades should be completed and submitted to the Academy office by June 6, 2008. Applications will be available March 2008.
